The yellow arrows are the most common paths I see there, even more so than the correct ones. I always park in the alleyway (the westbound lane at the top) because it’s free to do so, but I’ve been forced to circle the block on multiple occasions because of some asshole blocking the road by going the wrong way. I’ve also been stuck behind someone trying to turn into the paid lot’s exit while someone was blocking it by going the correct way. I laid on my horn when I realized what she was doing, and she just flipped me off and honked back. Some people....

I saw this the other Hull Shore drive is one way while Water St is two way but I guess she didnt get that memo and went on the left of the yellow lines anyway
